- 24 Hour Cancellation Notice Required for all regular appointments.
- 48 Hour Cancellation Notice Required for appointments two hours in length of more (Euphoria, on-sites, etc.)
- Each individual is required to make their own appointment.
- Individuals may reserve appointments for others with prepayment and/or proper consent.
- All clients must be 18 years old or older - without considerations - per order of the Quincy Board of Health.
- Parties of 4 or more (we welcome up to 8 clients at one time) are subject to prepayment, a 48 hour cancellation notice and automatic 15% gratuity charge of regular retail price.
- Appointments may be shortened the amount of client tardiness with full payment due for the appointment booked.
- No more than one discount may be used at one time. Discounts and coupons may not be combined.
- All sales are final.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Gift certificates are not replaceable or refundable.
- We are not responsible for lost of stolen articles. Articles left behind for more than 30 days will be discarded.
- Any complaint or problem must be appropriately reported to Massage Works, Inc. within 30 days of incident.
- A $25 fee will be assessed on all returned checks.
- Sexual remarks or suggestions and unbecoming conduct will not be tolerated.
